CUE’s Client Success team knows live events because we have lived them.

Our team has worked in control rooms, built graphics for live events, managed event presentation, supported performers and production teams, and sold the technology organizations use every day. Some have also competed at the collegiate level, bringing firsthand experience of what it takes to perform when it matters most.

When you need help, we connect you with the right knowledge and the right people. And when you prefer to move at your own pace, CUEbert, our AI assistant, paired with our Knowledge Base gives you immediate guidance so you can find answers and manage more on your own.

Her experience: College athlete · Sports marketing · Program operations · Client experience

What she brings to the team: Jensen brings experience across sports marketing, program operations and live event execution, including experience with IMG Academy, along with the perspective of a former collegiate athlete. She understands how to turn complex activations into successful experiences for both clients and their fans.

Her experience: College athletics · Game presentation · Product Training · Account Management

What she brings to the team: Val brings hands-on experience in live sports production, including roles with University of Dayton Athletics and Daktronics. She understands the demands of game-day production and how technology needs to work within a team’s existing operation.

Her experience: College athlete · Matchday operations · Event & fan experience management · Sports marketing · Former CUE client

What she brings to the team: Billie brings the perspective of both a Dartmouth student-athlete and former CUE client, having worked in athletic marketing and operated CUE products before joining the team. She understands firsthand what it takes to learn the platform and execute it successfully on game day.

What she brings to the team: Mia brings years of professional sports experience with Munster Rugby and Leinster Rugby, managing matchday operations and fan experiences. As a former CUE client, she brings firsthand rights-holder perspective to supporting CUE clients across international markets.

Her experience: 10+ years in live sports & entertainment production · Video board graphics · Ross XPression · Data integration · Control room operations

What she brings to the team: Jade brings more than a decade of live sports and entertainment production experience, including work with the Arizona Diamondbacks, Ross Video and Van Wagner. She understands the demands of live production and how CUE needs to fit seamlessly into existing control room workflows.
