CUE Platform Update: AI-Powered Fan Experiences, On-Demand Polling, Loop Mode, and CUEBert
Three AI-powered fan experiences are now live on the CUE Platform: Look-A-Like Cam, Fanimation, and PostUp Face Fusion, each one putting the fan inside the content rather than beside it. This release also includes improvements across the CUE product suite designed to make activations easier to set up, operate, and manage, along with CUEBert, a live AI assistant inside the platform that provides immediate guidance when you need it.
Our latest products are available and ready for you to experience. Here is what shipped and what each one changes.
What are CUE's new AI-powered fan experiences?
Three AI-powered experiences are now live, and they share one idea: the fan is the subject of the content, not the audience for it.
- Look-A-Like Cam matches a fan with a celebrity, player, mascot, or custom character.
- Fanimation turns live fan video into AI-generated scenes and effects in near real time.
- PostUp Face Fusion turns a single fan photo into a personalized AI-generated video the fan can save and share.

What changed in Polling Mania?
Polls no longer need a countdown.
Removing the timer changes what the product is for. A poll can stay open so fans vote whenever it makes sense, rewards can be delivered instantly, and a single poll can now carry up to 30 choices instead of a short list.
That opens up uses well past a traditional live poll. All-day voting across a multi-day event. A long list of nominees for an award. A sponsor-backed selection running on a concourse screen while the game goes on somewhere else.
Introducing Real-Time Loop Mode!
Real-Time Loop Mode automatically rotates any CUE activation on the same display, with no one managing the transitions.
It is built for the screens nobody is standing behind: concourses, festivals, sponsor spaces, and other unattended activations. Instead of one static loop of graphics, the display runs a rotating set of traditional content graphics and videos intermixed with content fans can actually interact with, all day, without needing someone to control it.
For events without a dedicated production team, that can be the difference between an activation that requires constant staffing and one that simply runs.
What are Shootout Leaderboards?
Shootout Leaderboards bring the competition from the phone to the video board, giving the entire venue a clear view of the standings and another reason to follow along. The customizable display also creates a highly visible opportunity for sponsors to own the experience on the screen everyone is already watching.
Who or What is CUEBert?
CUEBert is a live AI chatbot built into the CUE Platform. Ask a question, get an answer, keep working.
It is there for the moment during setup or during an event when you need an answer and do not want to wait on an email. The CUE team is not going anywhere. CUEBert just covers the gap between the question and the person.
Why this all sits on one platform
Most organizations run fan engagement across multiple vendors. That means different systems, different workflows, and data living in different places. CUE is built as a single platform so that:
- The data is yours. Fan submissions and votes are opted-in first-party data, captured in your venue, owned by you, not rented back from a vendor.
- Configurations are flexible. Layouts, board sizes, and setups can be swapped on the fly, including during an event.
- Fans become part of the show. Everything above is in service of a fan seeing themselves, or something they made, on the big screen.
