CUE is Now SOC 2 Compliant

Every time a fan scans a QR code at a game or a show, they hand over a little bit of trust. We take that seriously.

CUE is now SOC 2 compliant. The photos fans submit to PostUp, the faces that land on the big screen through FanSee, the opted-in data collected at the venue: all of it runs on controls that have been independently reviewed.

That matters most for the teams, tours, and brands we work with. The fan data CUE captures is first party data you own outright, and now it comes with the security documentation your IT and procurement teams are going to ask for. We complete security questionnaires, and we can move through enterprise review without slowing down your activation.
