CUE Triples International Team with Two New Global Hires
CUE is continuing its global expansion with the addition of two new international team members, Mia Morrissey and Hayden Akrigg, tripling the size of its international team.
They join Jack Colton, who leads CUE’s international efforts, strengthening the company’s presence in the markets where its clients operate and supporting the growing demand for fan engagement technology across global sport.
“Delighted to welcome Hayden and Mia to our growing International team at CUE.
Hayden previously worked with our products during his time in the Partnerships team at Northampton Saints and brings first-hand experience of their value to sponsors. He also has a powerful story to tell about how they help drive engagement and commercial impact for rights holders across Europe. Mia strengthens our International Client Success team, helping ensure our partners receive high-quality, efficient support and account management. She joins us from Munster Rugby, where she helped introduce our Interactive Smartphone Light Show, which has been brilliantly received by the passionate fans at Thomond Park.
I’m looking forward to seeing them both grow and make a big impact at CUE in 2026 and beyond.”
— Jack Colton
Mia joins CUE as International Client Success Manager, bringing extensive experience in matchday operations and fan engagement from her time with Munster Rugby.
“In my previous role as Event and Fan Experience Manager with Munster Rugby, I was responsible for managing matchday operations and the overall fan experience across our stadiums. During that time, I was introduced to CUE through Jack as Munster Rugby user products such as Light Show and Post Up to enhance overall fan engagement in our stadiums.
I immediately loved what CUE brought to the matchday environment the way they drive fan participation, create energy in the stadium, and truly elevates the experience by putting the fan at the heart of it all.”
— Mia Morrissey
Hayden joins the team as Business Development Manager with valuable rights-holder perspective after four years in the Commercial Partnerships team at Northampton Saints.
“I spent the last 4 years working as part of the Commercial Partnerships team at Northampton Saints, a leading rugby union club in the English Premiership. The commercial value in CUE’s product range was immediately obvious. Saints hosted their first ever lightshow in 2024, displaying partnered content directly to supporters’ phones, with the ability to capture 1st party data.
When I saw there was an opportunity to join CUE’s growing international team, I had to apply. The chance to work with the leading digital fan experience business in sport was too good to turn down.”
— Hayden Akrigg
With its international team now three times its previous size, CUE is well positioned to deepen relationships with partners and continue helping teams around the world create unforgettable fan experiences.
