The Role
Working closely with the Directors of Client Success, you’ll be responsible for keeping clients supported, projects moving, and issues resolved. This role moves fast; you might be answering a client, fixing an issue, and jumping into a product conversation all before lunch, so staying organized, communicating clearly, and managing multiple priorities without slowing down is key. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the top colleges, professional teams, and brands in the country. When clients are live, there’s no pause button. You step in, figure it out, and keep things moving.

You’re organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities without getting rattled. You take ownership, move with urgency, and have a natural drive to get things done. Bonus if you enjoy sports, live events, or environments where timing matters, because sometimes that means jumping in on nights or weekends to make sure clients are set up for success.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Customer Service or Client Support: 0–2 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and/or project management tools is a plus.
- Interest in Sports and Entertainment: Exposure to or interest in the sports and live entertainment industry is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
