Greta Van Fleet’s Tour Experience: Engaging Fans & Collecting Data

Greta Van Fleet partnered with CUE to elevate fan engagement and gain deeper insights into their audience during their 2024 10-stop tour. With a focus on collecting valuable data and creating personalized experiences, the band achieved impressive results, including significant CRM growth, high email engagement, and a unique connection with their fans both in-person and online.

THE GOAL:
To develop a more in-depth data set for precise audience insights and personalized engagement.

THE RESULTS:

  • Improved contact management by updating 3,200 profiles and adding 4,200 to their CRM.
  • Provided a direct marketing channel through access to immediate fan data the night of every show, generating 26,650 total data points collected.
  • Learned by requesting zip codes, they could distinguish between fans streaming the event and those attending in person.
  • Collected 5,842 pieces of user-generated content, including fan photos and videos from those at the event and those watching online.
  • Created a unique engagement experience enjoyed by fans and the band, with 6,872 unique participants.
  • The post-event email included a discount for the band’s kombucha product and had impressive analytics with a 69% open rate.
