Client Experience Specialist - International

We are growing our International Client Success team to support clients across regions, languages, time zones, and cultures! This role will help us build lasting partnerships, ensure smooth activations, and deliver exceptional experiences to fans and brands around the world!
The Role:
In this role, you will work with clients across different countries and time zones, guiding them from onboarding through activation and renewal. You will serve as their go-to resource for product education, coordination, troubleshooting, analytics, and strategic recommendations for fan engagement success. You’ll engage clients via email, video, and WhatsApp.
You’ll also collaborate internally with our sales, product, and activation teams to ensure every client receives proactive, thoughtful, and reliable support. This is a remote role, but reliability, responsiveness, and presence are essential, especially when coordinating international activations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the trusted point of contact for our international clients
- Lead onboarding sessions, demos, and support
- Provide timely responses across email, chat, WhatsApp, and Teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues or technical challenges
- Track client timelines and monitor live activation deliverables
- Submit feature requests and bugs to internal teams
- Provide analytics and performance reports at key campaign milestones
- Maintain detailed and accurate communication records in HubSpot
- Share client insights with Sales, Product, and Leadership
- Support coverage for teammates when needed
- Contribute to refining knowledge base and resource documents
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years in client experience, customer success, account support, or live event operations
- Experience serving clients across different countries, time zones, or regions strongly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication (English required)
- Additional languages are a strong plus (Spanish, French, German, Arabic, etc.)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Experience with project management or collaboration platforms (Teams, Azure, Slack)
- Understanding of sports, music, live events, or fan engagement is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
