The Role
Reporting to a Director, Client Experience, this role is pivotal in enhancing our team's capabilities. In this role, you will engage internally as well with our clients through various channels, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, tracking projects, and providing information about our products and services. You will be instrumental in expediting our response times and facilitating a forward-thinking approach towards strategic planning, all while ensuring customer satisfaction and the overall success of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat, resolving technical issues and providing product setup assistance.
- Educate customers on product functionalities and features.
- Follow up with customers to ensure technical difficulties are resolved.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, diagnose, and report product errors to management.
- Build and maintain client relationships, proposing fan experience solutions.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Report feedback and submit tickets for bugs or improvement.
- Create and update knowledge base articles.
- Assist in creating client assets and branch buildouts.
- Provide coverage for team members when needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Client Relations or Customer Service: At least 2-3 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in sports, entertainment, or related industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and/or Projection Management software.
- Knowledge of the Sports and Entertainment Industry: Familiarity with the dynamics of the sports and live entertainment industry and an understanding of fan engagement strategies
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective client interaction via phone, email, or chat.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Equivalent experience in customer service, client relations, or live production environment may also be considered.
